Liquidity

How easily an asset can be traded without moving its price.

Trading & Markets Also called liquid, illiquid, order book depth

Deep liquidity means large orders fill close to the quoted price. Thin liquidity means the same order walks through the book and executes far worse than expected.

It is the most underrated risk in small-cap tokens. A position can look profitable on screen and be impossible to exit at that price.
